#H6 Year in Review: A Year of Adventure, Growth, and New Beginnings

As the sun sets on another incredible year, the #H6 community takes a moment to reflect on all the unforgettable memories, proud accomplishments, and meaningful transitions that have made this year one to remember.

From classrooms buzzing with curiosity to passports stamped in far-flung destinations, our students have truly made the most of every opportunity. Whether it was hiking through the lush rainforests of Panama, exploring vibrant street markets in Thailand, indulging in the art and cuisine of Italy, soaking up the rich culture of France, or basking in the coastal beauty of Portugal, #H6 students brought their learning to life across the globe. These journeys weren’t just about travel—they were about growth, cultural appreciation, and building lifelong memories.

Back on campus, our learners have continued to shine—rising to academic challenges, supporting one another with empathy, and contributing to a community that values creativity, collaboration, and kindness. Whether it was through innovative projects, performances, or leadership initiatives, each student played a part in making this year exceptional.

But 2025 also brought a heartfelt farewell. After more than nine incredible years of leadership, we said goodbye to our CEO, Russ Lawrance. Russ’s vision, dedication, and unwavering support have left a lasting mark on every corner of our community. His commitment to student success and staff excellence helped shape #H6 into the thriving environment it is today.

Taking the main reins is Lisa, our College Principal, whose vision and commitment will continue to steer us forward.

We are also thrilled to welcome Robin, our new Deputy Principal, into the #H6 family! Robin brings fresh ideas, a passion for education, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting both students and staff. Together, Lisa, Robin and Jacqui will form a dynamic leadership team, and we look forward to the exciting opportunities and continued growth that lie ahead.

As we close the book on this remarkable year, we do so with hearts full of pride and anticipation. Thank you to our students, staff, and families for making this a year of discovery, connection, and success.

Come in and enrol with us: Thursday 21st August from 9.30am - 4pm and open after Monday to Friday from 9.30am - 4pm (except the bank holiday) complete an application form, have an interview then enrol with us!
