Gladesmore Yr 10s come to Visit

Haringey Sixth Form College played host to year 10 students from Gladesmore school on Monday 3rd July. Year 10 Gladesmore students participated in a range of taster sessions designed to inspire, interest and inform about the opportunities available beyond year 11.

Gladesmore students participated in sessions in Media, Business, Sport, Health & Social Care, Public Services and Science. Students actively engaged in a range of activities and found out what it is like to be a sixth form student at Haringey Sixth Form College. Students across the board expressed what a positive experience the taster day had been and how it had given them the opportunity to experience a day in the life of a sixth former.

Students were impressed with the quality of teaching, facilities and support. The taster sessions also provided an opportunity for year 10 students to see the wide range of opportunities that study at Haringey Sixth Form can offer. We look forward to seeing the year 10 Gladesmore students again at our open events in 2017/18.
