Two weeks haven’t quite flown by but we all agree it’s great to be back so now having got these two weeks under our belts safely I wanted to update you on a number of things and to signpost you to others.

To all our #TeamHaringey6 fantastic families,

As you will be aware, the Government today (22 Feb) published its plan to remove lockdown restrictions, which includes a timetable for re-opening education.

One thing that does remain the same despite the lack of normality is that time rolls on we are in February and its half term next week.

To all #TeamHaringey6 students who were to take BTEC Exams this month please note: 

In response to the current National Lockdown we have chosen for obvious reasons (I hope), not to take up the food parcel replacement offer to replace the entitlement to “free meals” and we have used our funds to financially support students in the interim period weeks beginning the 4th and 11th Jan.

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on the 4th January, I have done one of my now famous vlogs and here is, as promised a more detailed update and information, as well as signposting you to all the contact details.

The Department for Education have just in the last half an hour (1830 on 5th Jan) given colleges a flexibility to choose if they continue to run the January exams.

I am so sorry having to make this announcement, Monday 4th January.
