Junior Chef Academy

The Junior Chef Academy was started on the 17th May 2008 at the Hospitality and Catering Faculty at Haringey Sixth Form Centre.
Head of Faculty MaryJo Hoyne is delighted that 17 students joined the course from the local Park View Academy School giving up their Saturday mornings to prepare some amazing dishes.
They will also contribute dishes to our new menu.
The course is endorsed by the Craft Guild of Chefs.
All the students are keen to continue next year when they will be joined by another group.
