Students at Haringey Sixth Form Centre have put their creative skills on public show.

The Centre’s Creative Arts section has organised its first exhibition of work by students.

The exhibition included photography, textiles and art work with contributions from BTEC Introductory, First and National students as well as those studying AS levels.

Among the displays were African print lingerie, funky style wallpaper, mobiles and wall hangings.

The Sixth Form Centre which is now nearing the end of its first year had over 50 students enrolled on their five art courses.

June Jarrett, Principal at the Centre, said:

“We are very impressed with the standard of work produced by the students. They have all worked very hard and the exhibition is a great success.”
