The Faculty of Creative Performing Arts and Media offers you a range of courses from Level 1 to Level 3 to meet your needs if you want to develop skills suitable for Higher Education and careers within the Creative Arts. The faculty has four Programme Areas: Art and Design, Media, Music and Performing Arts, all with the aim of exploring creativity in a supportive and professional environment, where you have access to state-of-the-art facilities and expert advice.
You will be encouraged to investigate new practices within your subjects through a range of educational visits and lectures from Creative Industry professionals. You will produce art, music, film and television and performances that reflect current creative practices. You will also be encouraged to work within other Programme Areas within the faculty giving you the opportunity to develop new skills but in a relevant area to your main studies.
Within the Faculty of Creative Performing Arts and Media we will endeavour to ensure not only that you pass your courses, but also that you achieve high grades.
