Independence and Work Entry Level 2

Our Entry Level 2 Skills for Independence and Work college course develop a range of life skills that support greater independence.


1 year

You will:

Work towards your independence targets based on your learning goals.
Develop your skills through cookery, art, drama, music, communications, thinking skills, numeracy,
IT and switch work, sport, community access, horticulture, enterprise and work related learning
Be able to access the community doing gardening, work experience at Action for Kids

Entry requirements:

This course is for students who are receiving additional support and have a statement of educational need. Students from our 2 local special schools (The Vale and Riverside) receive priority.

Where it leads:

At the end of your course you may progress to Level 1 courses with support. Or you may follow a link course at COHENEL in North London and then progress to a college, further education or another setting where you can develop your independence and skills further.
