#TeamHaringey6 - Volunteering for the Holidays

As we all begin to relax, reflect and enjoy the festive season there is no stopping #TeamHaringey6 students, as they are on a mission to support and give up their time for others less fortunate than themselves.

Nims Obunge who is a Politician from London, Chief Executive of the Peace Alliance as well as the Pastor at the Freedom’s Ark Church, in Tottenham; along with #CoachFranck and students helped to prepare food and serve anyone who needs help and support as the two key issues in the community is Food poverty and food wastage.

#CoachFranck added 'our young learners did amazing and felt inspired to do more; this could be something that I may set up as part of enrichment where we volunteer once a month and go and support Nims and his team'.

#TeamHaringey6 students added 'This was really rewarding and we would love to support the cause and do this again'.
